Ladislav Mejzlík was elected as the President of the Czech Chamber of Auditors

The Assembly of the Chamber of Auditors of the Czech Republic was held on Monday, 14 November 2022 in Prague.

Mr Ladislav Mejzlík was elected as the President, Mr Milan Bláha was elected as the First Vice-President and Ms Hana Mužátková as the Vice-President of the Chamber.

At the same time also the members of the Supervisory Committee and the Disciplinary Committee of the Chamber were elected.

 

Registration and oversight of third-country auditors and audit entities

In the event of the UK leaving the European Union on 31 October 2019 without an agreement, based on information currently available to it, UK auditors and audit firms would need to be registered in the Czech Republic if they audit a company incorporated outside the EU/EEA (e.g. UK) and that is admitted to trading on a regulated market in the Czech Republic.

Irena Liškařová was elected as the President of the Czech Chamber of Auditors

The Assembly of the Chamber of Auditors of the Czech Republic was held on Monday, 24 November 2014 in Prague.

Ms Irena Liškařová was elected as the President, Ms Libuše Müllerová as the First Vice-President and Mr Pavel Kulhavý as the Vice-President of the Chamber.

At the same time also the Supervisory Committee and the Disciplinary Committee of the Chamber were elected.
