Consent to the processing of personal data
- You hereby grant your consent to the Chamber of Auditors of the Czech Republic with registered office at Opletalova 55, 110 00 Prague 1, ID No.: 70901473, registered in the register of economic entities (hereinafter referred to as "Administrator"), to within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as "Regulation") to process the following personal data:
- first and last name
- address
- telephone number
- E-mail address
- IP address
- First name, surname, telephone number and e-mail can be processed on the basis of your consent and is necessary to process for the purpose:
- order processing
- complaint handling
- answering your enquiries to our contact centre
- You give your express consent to the above processing. The provision of personal data is voluntary. Consent can be withdrawn at any time, for example by sending (e-mail:kacr@kacr.cz) or a letter to the contact details of the company:

110 00 Prague1 - The processing of personal data is carried out by the Administrator, however, personal data may also be processed for the Administrator by the following processors:
- Software provider webProgress, s.r.o.
- Potentially other providers of processing software, services and applications, which however are not currently used by the company.
- Please note that under the Regulation, you have the right to:
- withdraw your consent at any time,
- require us to tell you what personal data we process about you,
- request a copy of the personal data we process,
- request access to this data and have it updated or corrected, or request a restriction on processing,
- request us to delete this personal data,
- to data portability,
- in case of doubt about the lawful processing of personal data, to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection.
This data will be processed by the Controller for a period of 2 years.
